Sales Development Representative, DCI
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Development Representative, DCI based in the United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to join a global technology sales team focused on helping organizations maximize the value of cloud solutions.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating qualified opportunities and building the foundation of the sales pipeline.
You will engage with technical decision-makers, identify business needs, and create meaningful conversations through targeted outreach.
The position combines outbound prospecting, relationship building, sales strategy, and collaboration with account executives and marketing teams.
You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment where curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning are highly valued.

Accountabilities:
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, including email campaigns, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Schedule high-quality meetings with prospective customers and contribute directly to pipeline generation targets.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to align territory planning, account prioritization, and lead quality feedback.
- Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and create personalized outreach strategies.
- Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, and similar platforms.
- Own the outbound sales process from account research through successful qualification and handoff to the sales team.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to improve messaging, outreach strategies, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support regional go-to-market initiatives, including digital and event-based activities.
- Communicate value propositions effectively to technical audiences and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Contribute to improving sales processes while adapting quickly in a growing and evolving environment.
- Participate in occasional travel when required.

Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar outbound sales role.
- Experience selling cloud solutions, SaaS products, or B2B technology services.
- Background engaging with technical decision-makers such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, or Heads of DevOps is highly valued.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate results in an outbound lead generation environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and sales tools simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with resilience and determination to overcome challenges.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Interest in cloud technology, innovation, and continuous professional development.
