About the Role
As an SDR, you’ll be a key part of the company’s commercial engine—the first person prospects engage with, shaping their initial perception.
This isn’t a script-based, volume-driven role; it’s thoughtful, insight-led outreach designed to open high-quality conversations.
You’ll collaborate with Account Executives and marketing teams to: ✔️ Identify and engage your ideal customer profile ✔️ Tailor messaging to pain points that matter to decision-makers
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Creating highly personalised outreach sequences
- Building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple industries
- Qualifying (inbound & outbound) leads and booking discovery meetings
- Providing actionable feedback to refine messaging and targeting across the team

What You’ll Need
- 6+ months experience in B2B SaaS SDR, BDR, or Recruitment
- Experience engaging decision-makers (sales, marketing, or operations leaders preferred)
- A consultative approach—strong analytics and messaging skills
- Familiarity with modern sales tools & platforms
- Ambition to transition into a closing role in the near future
