Are you ready to break into the world of tech sales and make an impact on an industry in desperate need of innovation?

Who we are

Our founding team met while building the GoCardless product (a UK fintech unicorn). We left to create Effra which is dropping AI into the heart of finance in the health industry.

Every day we speak with overburdened clinic owners and their stressed staff about the money they’re losing, then offer them our business-changing financial platform that just gets them paid. We use AI to automate the process of billing and getting paid by health insurers which is otherwise a huge time vampire and a dreadful experience for them and their patients.

Over the last 2 years we've grown fast, the product is sticky and loved by the 100s of clinics who use us. We’re backed by top-tier Venture Capital funds.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role

You'll be on the front lines: running creative outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, finding the right people at clinics, and booking qualified demos. You'll experiment with new tools and tactics, and help build the SDR playbook as we grow. One SDR is already a year in and ready to teach you fast. We're adding two more.

You don't need sales experience. We're hiring for potential. This suits someone who wants to break into startups and learn tech sales from the ground up.

We're Shoreditch-based, in person most days so we can move fast and collaborate.

What you’ll do

  • Run creative outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn and other channels
  • Identify the right contacts at clinics and start conversations
  • Book and schedule qualified demo calls
  • Experiment with tools and tactics — we’ll support you trying new things
  • Help build the SDR playbook as we grow
