Sales Development Representative Nottingham Circa £30k OTE £55k including commission & separate performance bonus Incredible structured progression plan achievable within 1st year and further beyond
This unique Edtech business is going from strength to strength, their growth in revenue and team size come from market leading technology, constant product functionality enhancements and a strong reputational alignment with certain market verticals, including Insurance, Finance and call centres.
The sales team is growing as a part of this success, as well as one of the most successful training and progression plans that are evidentially working in terms of progressing early funnel sales team members through to more senior roles, growing both their customer base and revenue potential.

The Job Working in a team of 10, under the guidance of some talented managers, the SDR works with warm and highly pre qualified MQLs to nurture them through to a more advanced sales closing process with the Account Executive team. qualify MQL contacts and assess needs select and introduce products and services for their needs assess and propose potential pricing set appointments with the AE team
You'll be rewarded handsomely as your AEs close sales and long term deals with your contacts and get to learn the sales process in different parts of the team, as well as working closely with a very experienced marketing team.
What we're looking for Good quality people skills combined with ambition and tenacity is key here... At least 1 years outbound sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment, although we could consider consumer orientated sales too, or those well versed in the insurance industry. exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal a curious attitude, someone who wants to question the status quo, listens to non verbal cues and doesnt take the obvious as verbatim ambition, a real drive to win, to not give up easilly and resilient in character job hoppers need not apply, we're looking for tenacity and proven ability to see things through
