Sales Development Representative - French Speaking

Breezeway is hiring a French speaking SDR to join our Sales team and make an immediate impact on our growth across the French market.

France is one of the strongest short-term rental markets in Europe and Breezeway is building the team to match that opportunity. This is a real career-defining role for someone early in their sales journey who wants genuine market ownership, not a scripted seat in a call centre.

Fully remote. Based in the UK, Spain, or Switzerland.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
  • Research prospective clients across the French market, identify key decision makers, and generate genuine interest
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop and execute lead strategies
  • Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars
  • Work with channel and distribution partners to build pipeline and market awareness

Who You Are

  • A strong communicator who can motivate and inspire prospects over the phone and in writing
  • Driven to meet and exceed measurable goals
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of your output
  • Energetic, curious, and enthusiastic about building a career in sales

What You'll Bring

  • 1+ years in a sales role or a high-energy, target-driven environment
  • Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Apps
  • Native or fluent French and fluent English
  • Startup or scale-up experience is a plus
  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rental is a strong advantage
