Sales Development Representative at Summize

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Summize, your core goal is to build a steady stream of high-quality new business pipeline. Applying your knowledge of Summize’s products and business, you will:

  • Research potential sales opportunities across your assigned territory
  • Conduct high-value conversations with prospects via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Track, qualify, and log both inbound and outbound leads in our CRM system
  • Meet daily KPIs, book meetings, and collaborate closely with Account Executives
  • Drive sales towards team targets in a results-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate a strong and consistent pipeline suited to your assigned region
  • Proficiency in the Sales toolkit, including accurate CRM maintenance
  • Hitting daily KPIs and successfully booking prospect meetings
  • Executing high-quality, multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Collaboratively working with Account Executives to achieve targets
  • Maintaining accountability for disciplined performance and proactive prospecting

Ideal Candidate Attributes

  • Previous sales experience, ideally within tech or legal tech
  • Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships
  • Elocution to simplify complex legal/content products for broad audiences
  • Driven by targets, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly self-motivated, with an energizing attitude
