Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated SDR with strong outbound sales experience and an interest in sustainability, environmental impact, or B2B service sales.

This role focuses on generating qualified leads, engaging corporate decision-makers, and booking meetings for senior sales executives within the environmental and sustainability services space.

The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and comfortable selling into mid-market and enterprise-level organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities in environmental services. Identify and engage decision-makers in operations, facilities, sustainability, and procurement roles. Educate prospects on environmental compliance, waste reduction, and sustainability solutions. Book qualified meetings for senior sales executives. Use cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn to build pipeline. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and activity data. Research target industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, and corporate enterprises. Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead conversion, and meetings booked. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategy.

Requirements

Proven experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role. Strong outbound prospecting experience (cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach). Excellent communication and objection-handling skills. Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Ability to engage professional stakeholders in mid-to-enterprise organizations. Highly organized and target-driven. Interest in sustainability, ESG, or environmental solutions is highly advantageous.

Preferred Experience

Experience selling B2B services such as utilities, logistics, compliance, or industrial services. Familiarity with ESG reporting, sustainability consulting, or waste management sectors. Experience working with UK, EU, or US corporate clients.
