🚀 We’re hiring: Sales Development Representative (Bristol, Onsite)
- New Business Sales opportunity in a global advertising agency
- High-growth media business with new products hitting the market
- Market-leading commission scheme with a realistic and uncapped OTE of ÂŁ50k to ÂŁ70k in year one
- Clear progression to Business Development Executive within 12 months with ÂŁ70k to ÂŁ90k OTE
This is a new business role where you’ll be opening conversations with senior decision-makers across universities, building relationships, and creating real commercial opportunities. You’ll be at the front end of the sales process, shaping deals from the first interaction and playing a direct role in revenue generation.

The day to day:
- Engage senior decision-makers across Higher Education and build early-stage relationships
- Create and qualify new commercial opportunities through outbound activity
- Take ownership of your pipeline and influence deals from the very first conversation
- Work closely with senior sales leaders who have been in the business selling this product for over 10 years and learn from them how high-value deals are built and closed

What we’re looking for:
- 1 year of outbound sales experience preferred
- Strong communicator with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
- Driven, competitive, and resilient nature!
