Role Description
This is a remote, commission-based role for a Sales Development Representative at The Aire Collective. The person in this role will focus on identifying and qualifying prospective clients, generating leads through outreach across digital channels, and nurturing relationships with potential customers interested in interior design services. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, conducting discovery calls, managing inbound and outbound inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The Sales Development Representative will collaborate closely with the founder and design team to convey service offerings clearly, schedule consultations, and support the growth of the client pipeline.

- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales to effectively manage outreach, discovery conversations, and conversion activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify new opportunities, build a qualified pipeline, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage prospective clients, ask insightful questions, and present service offerings clearly and professionally.
- Relevant experience in client-facing roles, especially within design, creative services, or professional services, is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and use CRM or sales tracking tools confidently.
- Comfort with digital communication channels (email, social platforms, virtual meetings) and an interest in interior design or home improvement is a plus.
