Sales Development Representative - FCM Ireland
About The Opportunity
FCM Travel is growing fast and we’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Ireland, focused on the Ireland market. You’ll play a pivotal role in building pipeline and creating meaningful first connections with potential clients. This is a high-energy, collaborative role where your ambition and creativity will directly fuel business growth and your own career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with decision makers within ICP accounts to schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team Execute outbound prospecting strategies and sales cadences using Salesforce and sales engagement tools Manage and convert inbound marketing-generated leads into pipeline opportunities Collaborate with global SDR teams to optimise pipeline generation and align on best practices Utilise Martech tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Highspot) to drive prospecting and awareness Accurately track all sales activity within Salesforce CRM Support industry event management and lead generation initiatives Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

Experience in inbound and outbound sales, focusing on top-of-funnel pipeline generation Strong communication skills, including confidence in cold calling Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple deliverables Highly motivated, results-driven, and resilient in achieving targets Curious mindset with a passion for understanding customer challenges Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills Commitment to continuous learning and development Prior travel industry experience (preferred but not essential)
