Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally within the finance, FinTech, or related industries.

This is a remote SDR role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking meetings with key decision-makers. You will play a critical role in generating pipeline and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and engage potential clients within the finance or business sectors
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools
- Research target accounts and tailor outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated)

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a sales role
- Experience in finance, FinTech, banking, insurance, or related industries is highly preferred
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to understand and communicate financial products/services
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Experience working with international markets (UK/US) is a plus
