Job Summary

We are hiring a UK-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in financial services sales, lead generation, and outbound prospecting. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional who understands the financial services landscape and can confidently engage decision-makers, qualify leads, and book high-quality meetings for the senior sales team.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, experienced in outbound sales, and comfortable speaking with business owners, financial decision-makers, and high-value prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
  • Identify and engage qualified prospects within the financial services sector.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities for the sales team.
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings and demos with decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach campaigns.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and nurture prospect relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach performance.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or outbound sales professional.
  • Strong background in financial services sales, including sectors such as insurance, lending, mortgages, wealth management, fintech, or banking.
  • Must be currently based in the UK.
  • Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
