Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing, trilingual Sales Development Representative to spearhead growth across the French and Spanish markets. Joining a well-established organization with over 15 years of sales excellence and proven methodologies, you will act as the frontline of our business development efforts. This is a remote-first opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to leverage their linguistic expertise to drive high-value pipeline for global SaaS clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, maintaining a baseline of 50 calls per day
  • Conduct targeted outreach across French and Spanish territories to identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Consistently achieve a monthly target of 10 qualified outbound opportunities
  • Manage and document all activity within Salesforce to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and optimize conversion rates in specific geographic markets
  • Actively engage in ongoing coaching and training to master the company's signature sales methodology

Requirements

  • Fluency in French, Spanish, and English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development (BDM) role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-set targets
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to work within the UK (GMT) timezone
  • Highly coachable, curious, and determined mindset with an affable communication style

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience selling SaaS or technical solutions
  • Experience working within an outsourced sales or agency environment
