About the business

A $200m+ global SaaS business with 700 people worldwide. Their AI-driven product analytics show companies what's working and what isn't, helping thousands of digital-first businesses drive adoption and retention. They're scaling fast across EMEA, with startup energy and enterprise stability.

The role

This is a first-line role - you'll own outbound into the French market from the ground up. You'll work alongside a sales leader with a track record of turning early-career reps into top performers, with daily coaching built in from day one. You'll prospect and qualify opportunities across France, engage French-speaking decision-makers in SaaS and tech, and run outbound across phone, email, LinkedIn, and events in both French and English. This isn't a "figure it out yourself" SDR job - it's structured, hands-on tech sales with a clear path up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
