Sales Development Representative (German Speaking)

The ability to develop relationships, drive, and ambition are the key skills required." – Sales Development, Director What You'll Contribute Actively identify and research potential customers through outbound efforts, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and create traction with prospects. Proactively respond to inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and events, qualifying and converting them into sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Key Account Managers. Prospect and contact key decision makers in a focused number of medium & large sized businesses within Financial Services and generate interest in FICO solutions, specifically within the DACH region. Generate new business opportunities through prospecting into Financial Services in the assigned region (DACH). Cultivate a strong pipeline by following up, qualifying, and converting marketing leads into sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Key Account Managers. Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate lead and customer data, ensuring all interactions are effectively and efficiently logged. Plan and research to engage prospects through personalized communication and follow-ups, understanding and reviewing customer pain points to match FICO solutions to their needs. Position FICO's platform value proposition effectively, demonstrating a consultative approach and the ability to handle objections confidently. Develop extensive solution knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide detailed insight to prospects. Work with Key Account Managers to develop accounts and territory strategies, focusing on accounts and areas where KAMs are not currently reaching. Qualify leads based on FICO's Platform Capabilities to ensure a focused and high-quality pipeline. Work with the Field Marketing team to refine messaging and lead generation strategies, providing feedback based on campaign performance and identifying improvements for overall sales development program effectiveness. Exercise resilience and self-motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. What We're Seeking Native German language with excellent communication skills. Experience working in a results-oriented or sales environment. Ability to perform individually and as part of a high performing team. Effective problem-solving and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Educated to degree standard or have gained the same level of experience operating in a commercial environment. Experience in a technology company or prospecting/selling into the technology industry. Understanding of broad business dynamics and how large, complex companies operate. Strong capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone, through email, and social channels. The ability to think strategically, critically, and leverage data in making decisions. Detailed, motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM applications is desirable. Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, or Business Development is desirable. Experience working within the DACH region and within the financial services sector is desirable.
