Sales Development Representative
Sales Development Representative - Remote
About the Role This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at FinancialReports. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
Responsibilities
- Research target accounts and build detailed prospect lists
- Conduct discovery conversations and qualify opportunities
- Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Follow up on inbound leads and collaborate with sales/marketing teams
- Refine outreach messaging and improve lead quality
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights on prospect needs
- Contribute to ongoing optimisation of outreach processes

Qualifications
- Strong inside sales and lead generation experience in outbound/inbound prospecting
- Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including opportunity qualification
- Exceptional written and verbal communication to engage prospects effectively
- CRM and sales engagement proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with basic data analysis
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritising task completion
- Self-motivated with proven track record for meeting/exceeding targets
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- Willingness to familiarise with FinancialReports’ products and financial services/SaaS concepts
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
