Tech Sales Development Representative (Graduate Scheme) – Salary: £30K Base + Commission + Benefits
Location: Nottinghamshire
Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped commission
Progression: Clear 12-month milestones to Senior Account Executive (£50,000 base + commission + company car within 4 years)

About the Role

We're looking for ambitious graduates who are serious about building a long-term career in technology sales. This role forms part of a structured Sales Development and Account Management programme designed to take high-potential individuals from Tech Sales Executive to Senior Account Executive within four years.

From day one, you'll receive structured training, 1-to-1 coaching from experienced sales leaders, and responsibility for managing your own pipeline and customer relationships. Success is rewarded through uncapped commission and clearly defined progression opportunities every 12 months. This is an opportunity for motivated graduates who want responsibility, professional development, and significant earning potential in a fast-growing technology environment.

Career Progression

We are deeply committed to your long-term success. Progression is performance-based with structured reviews every 12 months:

  • Year 1: Tech Sales Executive – £30k base + uncapped commission
  • Year 2–3: Account Executive / Senior Account Executive – increased earnings, larger accounts, and greater responsibility
  • Year 4: Senior Account Executive – £50k base salary, uncapped commission, and company car

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but your role will include:

  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities across target markets
  • Conducting outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual meetings
  • Qualifying opportunities and uncovering customer challenges and objectives
  • Delivering product demonstrations and presenting tailored technology solutions
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Managing opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to close
  • Growing existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure customer success
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM systems
  • Staying up to date with emerging technologies, market trends, and industry developments
