Sales Development Representative – Paddington, London
£30,000 + £120K OTE Commission
Full-time | 5 days in the office
A fast-growing London organisation is searching for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their high-energy team in Paddington. This is a standout opportunity for someone who wants quick progression, strong earning potential, and a vibrant, supportive culture.
The Role
As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for new prospects—driving pipeline, qualifying leads, and creating new opportunities for the wider sales team. You’ll engage decision-makers through calls, emails, and social channels while sharpening your commercial skills through ongoing training, coaching, and hands-on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and outreach via phone, email, and social media
- Qualifying leads and booking high-quality sales meetings
- Building rapport with potential customers
- Keeping CRM activity accurate and up-to-date
- Working closely with Sales Executives to support deal flow
