Sales Development Representative (HF1341711) Location: Leeds Salary: £25,000 base + uncapped OTE (£40K) In-person interview date: 15th June
The Opportunity We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team within the Cybersecurity sector. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a successful career in B2B sales, working with cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions that protect businesses from evolving threats.
The Role You will play a key role in driving new business by identifying and engaging potential clients, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will communicate with decision-makers and help organisations strengthen their cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social channels Introduce cybersecurity products and services to business decision-makers Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify new opportunities Build strong relationships and manage early-stage sales conversations Collaborate with Account Executives to convert opportunities into revenue Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems Consistently achieve and exceed outreach and pipeline targets
What We Are Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in sales and the cybersecurity industry Target-driven mindset with a desire to succeed Resilience, ambition, and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving license is required
