This role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and interests
- Scheduling appointments and demos for the sales team
- Following up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Attending industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

Who you are
To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way – operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. What we are looking for in a Sales Development Representative:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role (B2B), ideally within a tech or SaaS environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
