This role is hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in our Edinburgh office, and 2 days from home). We are looking for native or fluent Italian or C1 speaking candidates.

What You'll Do
- Engage with potential new customers primarily through cold calling, while also leveraging multiple channels such as emails and LinkedIn to identify new opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Support prospects in understanding N-able’s value and how our solutions can contribute to their business success.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives across Europe to ensure that generated appointments progress effectively through the sales funnel.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly key activity metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer and prospect interactions using CRM tools (Salesforce and Outreach).
- Proactively invest in professional development by participating in training sessions, sharing best practices, and learning from colleagues across the sales organization.

- Previous SaaS sales experience is advantageous but not essential; we believe that with the right attitude and determination, we can help you succeed.
