Everyone tells you that you need experience to get into tech sales. To get the experience, you need the job. Classic catch-22, and this company has decided to ignore it completely.

They're hiring for potential, not a CV full of closed-won deals. Show up hungry, curious, and coachable, and they'll teach you the rest.

So who are they? A Series B SaaS business that helps finance teams close their books in days instead of weeks. They've raised a strong round, doubled their customer base in a year, and now they're building out the SDR team that feeds the entire commercial engine.

What you'll actually be doing:

  • 🚀 Reaching out to potential customers across email, LinkedIn, and phone to book meetings
  • 🔍 Researching target accounts and working out who's actually worth a conversation
  • 🤝 Qualifying interest and handing the closers warm, well-prepped meetings
  • 💬 Learning the product properly so your conversations genuinely land
  • 🧪 Testing messaging and cadences to figure out what gets replies, with plenty of support
  • 📈 Hitting weekly activity goals and watching your own pipeline grow

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
