As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate new business opportunities and support our sales team.

The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our advisers. You'll play a vital role in driving business growth and creating positive first impressions of the Cransford brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Book appointments for our health insurance advisers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Follow up with enquiries and nurture prospective clients.
- Research target markets and identify decision-makers.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Accurately record customer interactions and activity.
What we are looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking on the phone and building rapport.
- Self-motivated with a positive, resilient attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working towards individual and team targets.
- Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office.

Desirable
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, telesales, or customer service.
- Experience within financial services, insurance, or healthcare is an advantage but not essential.
- Experience using CRM systems.
