Sales Development Rep

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate new business opportunities and support our sales team.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our advisers. You'll play a vital role in driving business growth and creating positive first impressions of the Cransford brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Book appointments for our health insurance advisers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM system.
  • Follow up with enquiries and nurture prospective clients.
  • Research target markets and identify decision-makers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and activity.

What we are looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident speaking on the phone and building rapport.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, resilient attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working towards individual and team targets.
  • Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, telesales, or customer service.
  • Experience within financial services, insurance, or healthcare is an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
