Sales Development Representative
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, driving our outbound motion and generating leads that convert into pipeline opportunities. This role involves engaging with prospects across various campaigns and channels to understand their needs and demonstrate our solutions’ value. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation Research and identify potential clients aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using channels like:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Lusha
- Industry events
- Partnerships and networking

Outbound Outreach Qualify, develop, and manage an accurate sales pipeline while maintaining high volumes of activity:
- Cold calls
- Emails
- Social selling

Qualify Leads Evaluate prospects’ needs, budget, and decision-making processes to determine alignment with our solutions.

Collaborate Work closely with:
- Marketing on targeted campaigns
- Sales team to pass qualified leads with supporting details

CRM Maintenance Accurately record and update lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (previous Salesforce experience preferred but not essential).

Stay Informed Keep updated on:
- Industry trends
- Market conditions
- Product/service offerings to engage prospects effectively.

Achieve Performance Targets Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for SQLs (Sales-Qualified Leads) and pipeline generation.

Experience
A 9+ months proven track record in:
- Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Lead generation
- Inside sales
Preferable (but not required):
- Experience in the IT/tech sector.
- Success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environments.
Education
• University Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Business
- Marketing
- IT
- Or a related field (preferred)
