Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: London, UK / Hybrid Remote
We have an office in London and this position can either be based in the office, or hybrid remote, with the expectation of attending the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays (subject to your existing legal right to work in the jurisdiction).

About the Role
HERE is recruiting for an experienced, high-energy, tenacious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing sales team. In this role, you will:
- Drive lead generation efforts for enterprise organisations
- Actively research and develop new business opportunities
- Establish positive relationships with potential clients
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and results
- Excel in cold call outreach, required as a core responsibility

Preferred experience: Financial Services or Technology sectors.
Key Performance Milestones
First 90 Days
- Master HERE’s technology, client base, and target ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Learn to use sales resources: Amplemarket, Salesforce, Gong, Sales Navigator, and Google AI Tools
- Develop outreach value propositions for key ICPs
- Review product materials and proven outreach methods
- Begin booking inbound & outbound meetings for Sales Directors in London, New York & Hong Kong (eligible for commission!)
First 6 Months
- Build and manage your own pipeline to book meetings with senior stakeholders
- Develop sales acumen and etiquette
- Deepen understanding of target marketplace & ICPs
- Establish lasting relationships with prospects
- Demonstrate expertise in articulating HERE’s value propositions effectively
1-Year Anniversary
- Consistently hit monthly sales targets
- Showcase in-depth knowledge to deliver Winning Product Discussions
- Become a meaningful part of the sales team, culture, and wider business
- Master your outreach cadence
- Drive a high-conversion pipeline
What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of sales development experience in Financial Services or Enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of high conversion rates
- Experience working in SDR roles for SaaS, AI, or Technology companies
- Financial Services industry experience strongly preferred
- Excellent cold calling ability
- Competitive, collaborative, self-driven individual
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to communicate at executive level
- Outstanding organisational skills & meticulous attention to detail
- Adaptability & capacity for macro-level strategic thinking
