About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing data and insights tech company providing smart home solutions for social housing. Their primary product, an internet connected smart thermostat with a touch-screen interface, allows residents to efficiently control heating and hot water. Our client’s platform processes over 8 billion data points annually, offering real-time data and insights to social housing providers. This helps landlords streamline property management, identify issues like mould risk and fuel poverty, and maximise efficiency.

Main responsibilities
- Identify, research, qualify and attend events with potential clients and key contacts through stakeholder mapping and leveraging your network.
- Develop a clear understanding of the company’s value proposition and solutions.
- Proactively reach out to prospective customers through an omni-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to identify the needs of the customer, educate and recommend the company’s solutions.
- Understand the needs of your prospective customers and articulate the value that the company provides.
- Engage with potential customers on the phone, identifying their needs and challenges through consultative questioning and active listening, to recommend the best-fit solutions.
- Set-up and support calls for the senior sales team to drive the sales process, ultimately leading to full 360 sales cycle expertise.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential prospects and customers to drive new business opportunities.

About you
No previous sales experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success! We’re looking for high-energy, ambitious individuals who are passionate about building a career in sales. If you’re a hardworking, determined self-starter with a results-driven mindset, tenacity, resilience, and a competitive streak, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to build long-term relationships are key, along with exceptional rapport-building abilities to connect with clients and foster trust.
Training and Support
If selected, you will spend your first three months in the Furza Sales Academy, a programme tailored specifically for your role. This training provides essential skills and frameworks to excel in your position. Additionally, we offer continuous coaching, management, and support to help you reach your full potential.
