Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: London, UK / Hybrid Remote Office-based with expectation of attending Wednesdays & Thursdays (subject to legal work rights)

About The Role

We’re hiring a high-energy, tenacious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation within enterprise organisations.

You will:

  • Proactively research and build new business opportunities
  • Establish strong client relationships
  • Deliver quick wins while fostering long-term growth
  • Cold call daily and leverage AI tools for productivity

Experience in Financial Services or Technology is preferred.


Responsibilities

First 90 Days:

  • Upskill on HERE’s technology, client base, and target ICP
  • Learn to use Amplemarket, Salesforce, Gong, Sales Navigator, and Google AI tools
  • Develop a value proposition cheat sheet for ideal buyer personas
  • Review product collateral and sales playbooks
  • Book inbound and outbound meetings for Sales Directors across NY, LON, HK (earning commission!)

  • Own a full pipeline and excel in booking meetings with senior C-level executives
  • Polish sales acumen, etiquette, and communication
  • Further refine target market and ICP insights
  • Deepen relationship building with prospects
  • Critically communicate HERE’s value prop to relevant stakeholders

By 1 Year Anniversary:

  • Consistently exceed monthly targets
  • Articulate deep product & positioning knowledge on calls
  • Contribute meaningfully to sales team success & company growth
  • Optimise outreach cadences
  • Self-manage a high-performing pipeline

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Attributes:

✔ 3+ years’ sales development in enterprise SaaS, Financial Services, or Tech ✔ Proven track record of high-conversion lead generation ✔ SDR experience with AI/Technology/Financial Services preferred ✔ Cold-calling master with a comfortable, persistent outreach style ✔ Clear communicator (written/oral) who excels with senior stakeholders ✔ Self-driven, resilient, and adaptable—equally competitive and collaborative ✔ Macro-minded with keen attention to detail and strong organisation
