We are currently looking to hire an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative to join our high-performing Beacon Sales team.

About the Role
The Beacon Sales team sells subscriptions to our market-leading SaaS platform into the biopharmaceutical market. We pride ourselves on deep industry knowledge, consultative sales conversations, and structured sales methodology. This role is the first step in a clearly defined career path into full-cycle sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for prospecting senior stakeholders across our accounts, including Heads of R&D, Translational Sciences, Clinical and Competitive Intelligence, as well as C-level executives.
- Your goal will be to understand how organisations currently approach competitive and research intelligence, identify the challenges they face, and uncover where Beacon can add value.
- You will be targeted and rewarded on the number of qualified opportunities you generate and how many convert into new customer accounts.
About You
- Degree educated with 1+ year of B2B sales experience
- Genuinely passionate about sales, proud to attract new clients and closing creative deals
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed in the world of business
- Mandarin speaking
- Confident engaging senior-level stakeholders
- Coachable, fast to implement learning to improve skills and knowledge, and eager to develop
- Resilient and commercially minded
- High energy and creative in everything you do

Salary
- Base salary: £30,000 + commission
- Year One Average Earnings - £36,000
- Year Two Average Earnings - £52,000
- Year Three Average Earnings - £71,000
