Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Development Rep (SDR), you’ll drive your company’s growth by:
- Identifying & engaging with potential customers—starting meaningful conversations that convert.
- Building rapport with key decision-makers and presenting your company’s services confidently.
- Conducting discovery calls to uncover client needs and qualify leads for the wider sales team.
- Arranging appointments & demos—turning interest into revenue opportunities.
- Sharing insights to continuously improve your outreach & communication strategies.
- Staying organised & goal-driven—tracking activity, performance, and quarterly targets.
A mix of communication, persistence and strategic thinking—no prior experience needed!
