Salary: £32,000 + £10,000 OTE (Year 1) Location: London, Hybrid – Flexible Working Available

Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Development Rep (SDR), you’ll drive your company’s growth by:

  • Identifying & engaging with potential customers—starting meaningful conversations that convert.
  • Building rapport with key decision-makers and presenting your company’s services confidently.
  • Conducting discovery calls to uncover client needs and qualify leads for the wider sales team.
  • Arranging appointments & demos—turning interest into revenue opportunities.
  • Sharing insights to continuously improve your outreach & communication strategies.
  • Staying organised & goal-driven—tracking activity, performance, and quarterly targets.

A mix of communication, persistence and strategic thinking—no prior experience needed!
