Sales Development Representative

Yibi Precision Sales Development Representative

Yibi Precision is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support international lead generation and early-stage customer development for our precision manufacturing and Metal Injection Molding (MIM) solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who is interested in B2B sales, advanced manufacturing, and global industrial markets. You will help identify potential customers, conduct market research, support outreach activities, and create new business opportunities for Yibi Precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers in industrial and technology-driven sectors.
  • Support lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, online research, and industry databases.
  • Help build and update prospect lists across target industries such as locks, tools, consumer electronics, automotive, medical devices, and precision components.
  • Assist in preparing outreach messages, company introductions, and early-stage sales materials.
  • Qualify potential leads based on industry, product application, manufacturing needs, and business relevance.
  • Coordinate with internal business and technical teams to support follow-up communication.
  • Track outreach progress, prospect feedback, and potential business opportunities.
  • Support Yibi Precision’s international brand visibility and customer development efforts.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Interest in B2B sales, business development, manufacturing, industrial products, or international business.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written communication skills, especially for professional outreach.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, spreadsheets, CRM tools, or online research platforms.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to follow up consistently.
  • Willingness to learn about precision manufacturing, MIM, and industrial applications.

Preferred but not required

  • Experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, customer research, or market research.
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial components, automotive, electronics, tools, medical devices, or related B2B industries.
  • Knowledge of precision metal components, MIM, CNC machining, powder metallurgy, or manufacturing solutions is a plus.
  • English communication ability is required.
