The Role
As a Graduate Sales Executive (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and building the foundations of a long-term sales career. This role is a launchpad, with clear progression into Account Executive positions typically within 12-18 months.

Responsibilities Will Include:
- Outreach - Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound B2B prospecting by phone (yes, lots of cold calling!), email, and LinkedIn.
- Research - Conduct thorough background research on target accounts to personalise your outreach and improve conversion rates.
- Engage Decision-Makers - Identify and qualify key contacts, uncovering business needs and booking qualified meetings for senior sales.
- Hit Your Numbers - Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment targets.
- Become an Expert - Stay sharp on new products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to remain credible with your clients.
- Team Collaboration - Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers and shared success across the full sales cycle.
