About CoComply
CoComply is building AI-Native Services Governance — the control layer that brings services spend under management at major corporations, typically with 500–5,000 employees.
Services spend — consultants, contractors, agencies, SOW suppliers — is the second-largest line on the corporate P&L and the least well-governed. It falls between HR, Procurement, Legal and Finance, owned by no function and reflected by no system end-to-end. Global worker classification rules have made the gap expensive, and in the UK, HMRC has shown it will collect.
CoComply is the control layer that fixes this. We closed our venture round in April 2026, have real revenue traction with recognisable enterprise names in the pipeline, and are building for a multi-billion pound global market.
The Opportunity
We are hiring one of our first two Founding SDRs to build the outbound engine, reporting directly to the Sales Director and working in close partnership with our Account Executive. You'll join a business where sales has, to date, been carried by the founding team — this is your chance to shape how CoComply prospects, qualifies, and books meetings from day one, not inherit a playbook that's already set.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
