Role Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a remote, contract role focused on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Jigsaw Studio. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Researching target markets
- Building prospect lists
- Conducting outbound outreach via email, social platforms, and phone to generate qualified leads
- Scheduling discovery calls and demos
- Maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM tools
- Collaborating with the sales and account teams to support pipeline growth
- Nurturing early-stage relationships
- Following up on inbound inquiries
- Sharing insights from conversations to help refine messaging and sales strategies

Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in outbound prospecting and managing a structured sales process.
- Proven Lead Generation capabilities, including researching prospects, building targeted lists, and qualifying opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional outreach via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Business Development mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, understand client needs, and support long-term relationships.
- Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools to track activities, manage pipelines, and report results.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet activity and performance targets.
- Prior experience in B2B services, creative agencies, or digital products is preferred but not required.
- Relevant education or training in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is beneficial.
