We are seeking a passionate, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our UK Sales team at ClickView—a pioneering worldwide leading educational video company—on a 12-month contract, full-time, located in Doncaster with flexibility for remote work.

We are looking for: ✔ A motivated individual eager to build a career in sales. ✔ Someone bursting with energy, resilience, and ownership, passionate about solving customer challenges. ✔ A drive to hit targets, succeed over time, and take the initiative. ✔ Strong adaptability and curiosity—always eager to learn and excel in high-energy environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting lead generation through calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn connections.
- Identifying and engaging potential clients within our target market (schools, educators).
- Qualifying leads by understanding customer needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Scheduling product demonstrations with internal sales team members.
- Maintaining accurate tracking and reporting in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine engagement strategies and messaging.
- Continuously testing and optimising outreach efforts to push conversions higher.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role. Transferrable skills considered.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with new contacts.
- A proactive, determined mindset, capable of facing daily challenges with resilience and persistence.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritise tasks, and drive tangible results against targets.
- Hunger for growth—weislling to build a long-term career in sales.
