Our UK team is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative to support our continued growth. We’re looking for someone with experience in sales and lead generation, who is motivated by results and excited to build a career in sales. As a Sales Development Representative at ABAX, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact for our future customers. You’ll be the face of the company and play a central role in our sales journey. Your mission? To book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives, laying the foundation for strong customer relationships. You’ll be part of a passionate team where we support one another, celebrate successes, and work towards shared goals. Your responsibilities: Prospect and identify new business opportunities. Book relevant meetings with the right decision-makers. Work closely with the sales team – you’re a key player in creating a first-class customer journey from the very first contact. Build your pipeline and work strategically to hit your targets. Work smart! Use our CRM tools, reporting systems, and training platform to work more effectively and achieve results faster. We give you the tools – you create the results! Drive our growth by booking meetings that lead to new customers. Who are you? You’re an energetic person who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. You’re motivated by results, enjoy challenges, and are always looking to develop. We believe you: Have experience in proactive sales or eager to learn. Are goal-oriented, structured, and self-driven individuals with grit and resilience. Enjoy working in a team but are also confident in taking the initiative. Do you also have experience in SaaS, telematics, leasing, service sales, or similar?
