The Role
They’re searching for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join their London team. There’s a huge opportunity to progress quickly & work closely with senior leadership, as well as sell an exciting product to HR teams.
- Reaching out to key decision makers in HR/People teams through calling, emailing, videos and social selling
- Building relationships and taking a consultative approach to sales
- Meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
- Booking qualified product demos with decision makers
- Working with leadership to identify growth opportunities
- Mentoring more junior sales team members

Who You Are
You would thrive in this role if you’re a consultative, relationship-led Sales Development Representative. Someone who is passionate about creating phenomenal work cultures and can share that passion with potential clients. But ultimately, someone who is positive, curious and wants to work in a mission-driven business!
- Some SDR/BDR experience within SaaS
- Ideally some experience in HR tech or an adjacent field
- A genuine passion for helping customers find the right solutions
- Curious and consultative in your sales approach
- Driven & proactive
- A great communicator
- Excited about the prospect of joining a growing start-up
