💰 £30,000 basic + uncapped commission

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to join a growing sales team, focused on generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound activity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with transferable sales experience, or an ambitious graduate with a genuine interest in technology and sales.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prospecting new customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Building and qualifying a pipeline of opportunities
  • Conducting discovery conversations with prospective clients
  • Booking meetings for the senior sales team
  • Working closely with Business Development Managers to drive pipeline growth

What we're looking for:

  • Previous sales, customer-facing, or lead generation experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Graduates with a strong commercial mindset and interest in technology are encouraged to apply
  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Strong organization skills and a proactive attitude
