📍 Manchester (Hybrid)
💰 £30,000 basic + uncapped commission

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to join a growing sales team, focused on generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound activity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with transferable sales experience, or an ambitious graduate with a genuine interest in technology and sales.

What you'll be doing:
- Prospecting new customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Building and qualifying a pipeline of opportunities
- Conducting discovery conversations with prospective clients
- Booking meetings for the senior sales team
- Working closely with Business Development Managers to drive pipeline growth
What we're looking for:
- Previous sales, customer-facing, or lead generation experience is desirable, but not essential
- Graduates with a strong commercial mindset and interest in technology are encouraged to apply
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with new people
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Strong organization skills and a proactive attitude
