What You’ll Be Doing

As an SDR, you’ll sit at the front of the sales process and play a huge part in the company’s growth. You’ll be learning how modern B2B sales works while developing skills that will set you up for a long-term commercial career. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Introducing companies to award-winning training and software solutions
  • Identifying decision-makers and understanding business challenges
  • Booking qualified meetings for the senior sales team
  • Managing activity through CRM systems and sales tools
  • Working closely with experienced sales leaders and mentors
  • Learning how to build pipelines, manage objections, and run consultative conversations
