Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote within the UK, with occasional travel to client locations and UK-wide internal meetings (please note that applications from outside the UK will not be considered)

Reporting to: UK Sales Manager

Salary: £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Employment: Permanent

Vacancy closing date: 14 August 2026

Brief Description of the Role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Development Representative to join our UK Sales team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities. In this role, you will identify and engage with prospective organisations, taking a consultative approach to understand their needs across health, safety, wellbeing and sustainability.

You will qualify leads, initiate conversations, and book high-quality meetings for our Strategic Account Managers, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you will contribute to revenue growth while helping organisations improve workplace standards and outcomes. Proven outbound calling experience is a must.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused professional who brings:

  • At least one year’s experience in B2B sales or a customer-facing role within a professional services or related environment
  • Proven ability to respond to customer enquiries and manage leads in a timely and effective manner
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and take a consultative approach
  • Well-organised with effective time management and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to manage leads and customer interactions
  • Confident in engaging prospective customers and building relationships
  • Commercially aware with a target-driven mindset
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate across sales and marketing teams
  • Adaptable with a problem-solving approach
