Graduate Sales Executive – Gateshead

About the Role

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll independently develop and manage a customer portfolio in the North East, supporting manufacturers across high-demand industries by sourcing specialist metal products.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Practical training in business development, CRM, and sales negotiations
  • Ownership of customer accounts as confidence grows
  • Performance-driven rewards, including an uncapped bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Building relationships via phone, email, LinkedIn, and customer visits
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored products
  • Creating quotations and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Managing a customer account portfolio with clear KPIs
  • Maintaining an organised sales pipeline using our CRM system
  • Regular feedback from senior sales professionals
