About NurseFlex

NurseFlex is a healthcare staffing division specialising in connecting qualified nursing and healthcare professionals with hospitals, care homes, and NHS trusts across the United Kingdom. We are growing rapidly and looking for hungry, driven individuals to join our Sales Development team as interns.

The Role

As an SDR Intern at NurseFlex, you will be on the front line of our growth engine identifying, qualifying and booking meetings with healthcare decision-makers who need staffing solutions. This is not a passive internship. You will be given real responsibility from day one: building pipeline, making outreach calls, sending personalised emails, and learning the full B2B sales cycle in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the UK.

This is a commission-based internship with uncapped earning potential, designed for ambitious individuals who want to break into sales and build a career in healthcare recruitment.

What You Will Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
