Your Mission as an SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Your main objective: generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects for the sales team.
In practice, you will:
- Understand and identify the challenges faced by our prospects (HR teams / Executives)
- Prospect via phone, this is a hunter role
- Generate qualified meetings and log all collected prospect data into our CRM
- Qualify leads: understand prospects' needs, explain how our platform works and generate genuine interest
- Work in tandem with Account Executives and hand off qualified leads
- Progressively level up: shadow AEs in client meetings and learn the fundamentals of closing
