SDR – Sales Development Representative
Your Mission
Generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Understand and identify challenges faced by prospects (HR teams / Executives)
- Prospect via phone (hunter role)
- Generate qualified meetings and log prospect data into our CRM
- Qualify leads by understanding prospects’ needs, explaining our platform, and generating genuine interest
- Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) and hand off qualified leads
- Progressively level up by shadowing AEs in client meetings and mastering closing techniques
