Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 5+ years of outbound sales experience, ideally within the marketing, advertising, or MarTech space. This is a high-performance remote SDR role focused on generating qualified opportunities through strategic prospecting and outreach.
You will play a critical role in building the sales pipeline by engaging decision-makers such as CMOs, marketing directors, and founders, and booking high-quality meetings for the closing team.

- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) targeting marketing leaders and business owners
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads within target industries (e.g., SaaS, eCommerce, professional services)
- Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
- Craft personalized messaging aligned with marketing pain points (lead generation, CAC, ROI, conversion rates)
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine ICPs and outreach strategies
- Continuously optimize outreach performance through A/B testing and data insights
- Consistently exceed KPIs such as meetings booked, pipeline value, and conversion rates
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation
- Proven experience selling marketing services, advertising solutions, or MarTech products
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, paid social, funnels, analytics)
- Demonstrated success in booking meetings with senior decision-makers (CMO, Head of Marketing, Founder)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Experience working remotely with global teams is a strong advantage
