At Enky, we’re rethinking how businesses design and furnish their workspaces — and we’re growing fast in the UK.

We’re now looking for a UK-native Sales Development Representative who lives on the phone, understands British business culture, and knows how to turn cold conversations into red-hot opportunities for our Account Executives.

This is a front-line sales role. You’ll be the voice of Enky in the UK market and a key driver of our revenue engine.

🚀 The Role

As our SDR for the UK, you’ll own outbound prospecting from first touch to qualified meeting. You’ll speak daily with office managers, founders, property developers, finance leaders, and ops teams — uncovering needs, challenging the status quo, and booking high-quality meetings for our AE team.

If you love:

  • Picking up the phone
  • Handling objections with confidence
  • Turning “not interested” into “tell me more”

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
