Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are crucial to Flexera’s success as they own the top of the sales funnel and are chartered with developing new business opportunities by establishing contact with key IT decision makers and pitching Flexera’s value proposition. They accomplish this via research and proactive outreach using a variety of mediums that includes phone, video, email, social media, and creative outlets that catch positive attention.
Flexera provides comprehensive training across our entire product portfolio of highly complex software solutions and equip each SDR with a top-notch technology stack, including Salesforce.com, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, that enables success.
This team aligns closely with Field Sales, Operations, and Marketing to develop plans, measure results, and adapt to dynamic business and customer needs. These partnerships also provide SDRs with an upward career path into these functions.
Responsibilities
- Research, prospect, and develop new leads within target accounts.
- Partner with our Account Executives and Field Marketing team to develop creative programs and events to drive pipeline-building efforts within your target accounts.
- Leverage technology like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn and Alyce to enable active engagement with new and existing contacts through a creative initial approach and follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest.
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in target accounts.
- Secure meaningful interactions for our Account Executives.
- Actively participate in and contribute to team learning opportunities and your own personal development.
- Achieve quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities and pipeline progression.
- Engage contacts from target accounts for local and national events created by marketing.
