We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our new Outreach team and fuel our sales pipeline through outbound calling and lead generation.
This is a crucial role in our sales team, focused on engaging potential B2B customers from our existing data sets, qualifying leads, and securing opportunities for our Inside Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential B2B clients using provided lead lists or prospecting platforms
- Drive interest in Epos Now’s product suite through value-based conversations
- Qualify leads based on company fit, buyer persona, and engagement level
- Book qualified appointments and demos for the Inside Sales team
- Manage follow-up communications to maximise conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of activity, call outcomes, and lead status in CRM
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation role (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills – confident, persuasive, and clear
- Resilience and determination – thrives under pressure and rejection
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a high-activity environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and prospecting tools
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
