Sales Development Representative

Watford | Full-Time | In-Person

At The Atlas Collective, growth starts with conversations!

We work closely with a portfolio of impactful charitable organisations, helping them connect directly with communities through face-to-face engagement. Our campaigns are designed to build long-term donor relationships that allow these charities to continue delivering meaningful work across healthcare, environmental protection, humanitarian aid, and community-based initiatives.

As we continue to expand across Watford, we are looking for a confident, driven Sales Development Representative to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in active environments, and wants to develop strong communication and performance-based skills.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be initiating meaningful, professional conversations in person — in locations where people live, work, and shop.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Rather than transactional selling, your role will centre around education, engagement, and alignment. You will help individuals understand:

  • The mission and values of each charity
  • The real-world impact of consistent donor funding
  • How ongoing contributions support long-term sustainability
  • Why their involvement genuinely matters

You’ll be trained to confidently guide conversations, identify aligned supporters, and support compliant donor registrations.

You will also:

  • Represent campaigns with professionalism and integrity
  • Contribute to daily and weekly performance goals
  • Participate in team briefings and development sessions
  • Continuously develop your communication and objection-handling skills

This is a structured, target-driven role — but it’s equally about confidence, resilience, and personal growth.
