About the Role
As a global SDR Team Leader, you will act as the senior point of expertise and best practice for Caseware's SDR function. Based in the UK, you will lead without direct line management responsibility, instead leading through influence, mentorship and expertise across regional SDR teams. You will set the standard for how the regional SDR teams operates - from outbound prospecting and pipeline generation through to tooling, reporting and process improvement - while continuing to contribute individually to pipeline creation.
You will align goals and activities with our global marketing plans to ensure Caseware achieves growth targets and work closely with the global Growth Marketing Directors to maximise pipeline creation.
❗This is a full-time, permanent position. 📍 Location: This position is remote and available to all applicants residing and eligible to work in the UK.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work closely with the regional SDR teams to provide them with support, mentorship and advice, leading through influence rather than direct line management
- Be part of the recruitment process for new team members when applicable
- Provide structured onboarding, coaching and training to new and existing team members across all regions, developing and maintaining SDR playbooks to ensure consistency globally
- Encourage creativity and strategic thinking for outbound prospecting campaigns to generate leads
- Share ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to growth
- Work with the Growth Marketing Director, UK to ensure processes are as efficient as possible
- Identify, evaluate and pilot new technologies and processes
- Act as the primary point of contact and collaboration between regional SDR teams, ensuring consistent messaging, approach and performance standards across different time zones and markets
- Define, track and report on the KPIs that measure both your own performance and the overall health of the global SDR function, including pipeline generated, conversion rates, activity metrics and team adoption of best practices
- Use Salesforce effectively to ensure that reporting is accurate and relevant
- Prospecting and building the sales pipeline for the Account Managers by engaging with prospects by phone, email, social media and at events
- Identify key decision makers
- Manage data in CRM to ensure all communications are logged and up-to-date
- Effectively work with the marketing team to:
- Support any promotional campaigns
- Help with content — ideas and briefing
- Suggest events and networking opportunities
- Produce monthly reports to submit to your manager to show your success

What You'll Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- 1+ year of experience in a team lead, mentorship, or senior SDR capacity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach at scale
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A growth mindset, high level of resilience and genuine passion for sales development
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools (such as Sales Navigator, Outreach, Zoominfo etc.)
- Ability to adapt to changing sales environment
- Proactive and energetic
- Solid understanding of marketing and sales functions and how this role contributes to their success
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding KPIs
- Ability to lead, coach and influence without direct line management authority
- Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting sales data, building reports and drawing actionable insights

- Familiarity with Caseware’s product suite
- Experience working in or leading a global or multi-regional team
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or qualifications from the ISM
- Sales training certification
