Sales Development Representative
Permanent | £29,875 | £7k OTE
We’re looking for a motivated, driven, and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Partnerships team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of growing our Notify service—a simple yet powerful platform that saves Letting Agents time and effort while creating a new revenue stream for their business.

The Role
The Partnerships team is central to our B2B growth. Around 60% of sales leads from our B2C teams come directly from partnerships with letting agencies across the UK. As an SDR, you’ll:
- Identify, engage, and onboard new partners
- Play a pivotal role in generating warm leads
- Drive company success by nurturing opportunities
Daily Responsibilities

Prospecting & Discovery
- Cold call, email outreach, and leverage referrals from existing partners
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and challenges

Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
- Consistently create, nurture, and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Meet monthly targets through high activity, persistence, and results-driven performance

- Deliver tailored virtual demos of the Notify platform
- Align features and benefits to specific pain points and objectives

Onboarding
- Support new partners through their first 30 days
- Ensure confidence in using Notify and long-term success

Market Engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Attend networking events and exhibitions (occasional travel/overnight stays may be required)

Driving Growth
- As the only B2B sales function, your efforts fuel the growth of B2C teams and the wider company.

What You’ll Get from Us
asting financial and non-financial benefits, here’s your expected pay structure:
💵 Annual Base Salary: £29,875 💰 Earning Potential: Up to £7k OTE (incl. performance-related bonuses) 🎉 ELT/Bonus: £2,000 annual discretionary bonus (if company targets are met)

Working Hours
- 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday
- Fully office-based for the first 6 months (probation period)
- After probation, a hybrid model of 2 days remote work/3 days in office is available.
